ALBERT-Animation Hip Hop

 TUE 7:45-8:45pm

Albert moved to the United States in 2009 and began performing with the Ating Lahi youth group -- a nonprofit, Filipino folk dance group. In 2012, he branched out into the Fairbanks dance community where he began teaching hip-hop at Mo Holland dance studio. While teaching, Albert honed in on his own unique style of hip hop-- an eclectic urban flavor, inspired by a multitude of dance styles: animation, robotics, popping, waving, and warping. Albert is so excited to join the Simply Core Dance Company as he continues his artistic journey.
